Currently, we are looking for Senior Performance Engineers who have had experience working on any of the Performance Tools and having strong test code experience using Java Technologies.



Details of the Job Design:



Experience: 4+ years

Location: Bangalore



• System level Testing background, Expertise in both functional and system test methodologies, including stress, performance and usability testing in client-server, web and DB environment.
• Experience with Performance Test planning and execution, finding Bottlenecks in the performance of Platform/Application
• Experience in Reliability and Scalability Testing across different Application configurations, Hardware and Operating systems
• Experience working with Enterprise Infrastructure Software customers to identity the Performance Bottleneck scenarios.
• Strong Experience with any one of the performance Testing tools such as Loadrunner, SilkPerformer, Webload , LISA, Neoload and Grinder
• Experience or knowledge in writing and executing complex Automated tests using commercial test tools such as SilkTest, QTP, Winrunner, etc.
• QA Experience in Financial /Insurance /Health Care /Retail Domain is desired.
• Familiarity with full life cycle development process: requirements, documentation and release procedure.
• Experience with System integration products including EAI or BI Products
• Knowledge of developing test scripts using Junit
• Strong Experience in writing Test code using Java Technologies
• Strong Experience in debugging as performance issues End to End
• Good Knowledge / Experience in one or more Technology areas (Database / Scripting like VB Script, Java Script).
• Testing in both Windows and Unix environments
• Enterprise class Software Product Testing experience is a big plus
