Opening for QA Tester ( Mumbai)

We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client for the position of QA Tester.

Experience: 5+Yrs

Position Description The MSPA QA team is seeking a highly motivated and strong QA tester to support front-end functional and end-to-end testing services for the range of MSPA Applications.

The QA tester is responsible for reviewing system requirements, developing test plans/test scenarios, scheduling and executing test runs. The QA tester must be familiar and have practical experiences with the HP/Mercury suite of test tools. Additionally, the QA tester must be capable of producing quality test reports and interacting with the development team.

The QA tester must have experience working with remote teams in multiple time zones. The QA tester will coordinate test activities with their manager.

Skills Required
• 5+ years of testing applications
• 2+ years of experience in test automation
• 2+ years of testing financial applications
• Front-end functional testing in a distributed environment
• Experience testing Java, C#, .NET, Web products
• Experience operating in SQL, DB2/Sybase
• Experience using Quick Test Pro, Quality Center
• Experience testing Windows OS environment applications
• Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary
• Experience working with remote location teams
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment

Skills Desired • Experience testing UNIX/Linux environment applications
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP)

2+ years of experience in test automation
