Qualification BE / B.Tech / MCA
Requirement 3-4 years of development experience in Siebel Order Management Development.
· Extensive dev skills using Siebel Integration Objects like EAI Siebel Adaptor,
Integration Workflows, EAI HTTP Transport, EBC & VBC
· Exposure to Enterprise Application Integration (middleware) technologies
and techniques
· Full asset life cycle experience necessary - Quote to Order, Order to Asset and
Asset to Quote
· Siebel eConfigurator experience or product and pricing training
· Experience of web services. The candidate must be able to explain how Siebel
uses WSDL files and know how to test web services using web service simulator
tools
· Expert in Workflow design and able to demonstrate ability to avoid over
customization, for example script
· Scripting experience is required but candidate must be expert enough to be
able to avoid scripting
· Some EAI Experience and/or experience or knowledge of Oracle Fusion
Middleware or BPEL

Qualification BE / B. Tech / MCA
Requirement Consultant will be responsible for Oracle Siebel CRM Loyalty Management Function
and processes.
· Should have experience in Implementation of Siebel Loyalty in Telecom
Domain
· Should have worked on Incentive compensation Management and Quota
management. Overall experience in Siebel architecture and technology
· Expert level knowledge on Loyalty engine and transaction processing
· Exposure to Incentives commissions, Delivery incentive solution using Siebel
loyalty module
· Should be able to coordinate tasks, identify efficiency areas, participate with
team to deliver deployment strategies and document the same
· Must have a minimum of 2 years of Oracle/Siebel CRM experience with 1-2
implementationsof Siebel Loyalty Management solution / module
· Must have prior experience with install / fix / support/enhancements, and
projects for Siebel CRM Marketing or Loyalty modules
· 1-2 years of Siebel implementation experience with strong knowledge of
Siebel configuration and scripting
· Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model

How to do it?
Step 1: Please login to MyWipro and the click on WipLinks under My Forums.
Step 2: Please choose the option - 55 Seconds to Refer a Friend.
Step 3: In the page that opens up all you need to give is to your friends email ID, read the condition,
accept it by clicking on the check box and then click on the ‘submit’ button.
(If the condition is not applicable or you cannot accept then please do not refer. Contact the recruiter of
the division you are trying to refer to.)
Step 4: Your referral will receive an email with details on applying for the relevant jobs. Please inform
your referral to act on the instructions given. Note that the referral number quoted is only for one-time

without the referral number being entered.)
Refer with a Job Code
This method can also be used only if there are active requirements (Job Codes) published to Employee
Referrals. It requires you to have a detailed copy of your referral’s resume.
How to do it?
Step 1: Please login to MyWipro and click on WipLinks under My forums
Step 2: If you do not know the Job Code, please use the advanced search section to look for a suitable
Job Code
Step 3: When you find one that is relevant to your referral then please use the option-‘Refer with Job
Code’. Enter the Job Code and press the arrow next to the entry field.
Step 4: Verify that the Job Code and Job Title that appear in the Resume Builder that appears is relevant
to your referral. Please fill all details in the resume form and click on the submit button. If you get the
message – ‘Resume already exists’, please do not try and enter details again. Please contact the
recruiter of your division
Step 5: Please check your referral report page in WipLinks after this to verify that the referral appears
there. If it does not appear there please verify that you have entered all details accurately and then
contact the recruiter of your division. Please note that candidates have to confirm the employee as
source of referral. The candidate also has the choice to apply directly to Wipro.
