Position: Developer/Support Analyst (Derivatives- Trade flow)
Location: Singapore
Client: Leading European Investment Bank
Type: Permanent position through Ori-gem Solutions (Singapore based consulting company) with the Bank

Job Responsibilities -
• Development in J2EE/Java
• Sybase and Oracle database development
• Writing technical specifications for design reviews
• Use of SQL to perform data investigation and data clean-up
• System setup and configuration for other IT groups
• System and performance test planning and execution
• UAT test support
• Performance tuning
• Post-implementation support of any deliverables
• Liaison on technical issues with others members of the team and department
• Technical support for business processes like data migration from legacy to strategic platforms
• Some development work may be required – SQL, Shell

Essential
• Java/J2EE – 4+ years
– Experience producing and consuming web services
– Experience in message driven beans
– Understanding of JTA
• Sybase or Oracle SQL/DML/DDL (2 to 4 years)
• Strong Object-oriented programming skills
• Active usage of XML classes, XPath traversal and XML Schema (2 to 4 years)
• Experience in using/creating ant build scripts
• Working knowledge of Junit
• Good knowledge of OTC derivative products
• Experience with JMS and/or MQ Series/Tibco EMS messaging platforms
• Experience with XSLT
