Additional Information:
· Qualification – CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) Full-time
· Minimum 2 years of SAP FI or CO experience
· 1+ Full life-cycle implementations in SAP FICO from blueprint, realization to go-live and production support
· Experience in niche areas (FSCD, FSCM, EC-CS, BPC, SEM-BCS, Product Costing) most preferred
· Experience of working in Industry Solutions (Real Estate, Banking, Retail, Auto, Steel, etc) preferred; domain knowledge from these Industry Verticals preferred.
· SAP versions 4.6B, 4.6C, ECC 5 or SAP ECC 6
· Excellent communication skills –a MUST


Job Title: SAP HR Sr. Functional Consultant - US Payroll
Total Experience: 4 to 5 years
Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years
No. of positions: Multiple
Job Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Additional Information:
· Over 4Years of SAP HCM Functional experience with expertise in Personnel Management, Talent Management, Personnel Time Management , Shared Served and specific to US Payroll and min 3 to 4 years of domain experience in HRb
· Proven consulting/functional professional including at least 3 full lifecycle of HR implementations with min one US net payroll.
· Implementation experience with emphasis on project governance, change management and business process redesign.
· Role uses in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
· Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support
