PDP5.1 has just successfully graduated and we are ready to embark on the selection process for PDP5.2. Please note that few candidates, who were selected during PDP5.1 selection program but not accommodated in PDP5.1, would directly join PDP5.2 batch. We are in touch with them. Vide this mail, we are requesting you to refer suitable candidates for PDP5.2 batch selection process.
Please go through this mail carefully before you send referrals to the HR department. As this is a time bound Project, we will have to follow the strict guidelines.
Mandatory criteria to apply for Tieto PDP Batch 5.2:
- Candidate should be Bachelor of Engineering (Any stream, e.g. – Computers, Mechanical, Electrical, etc) or MCA ONLY
- The year of passing for the Candidate has to be 2010, or awaiting results for the year 2010.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in any part of the software development cycle. (Candidate should not be stringent about technology. He should be willing to work on Support/Maintenance/Development/Testing Projects.)
- Candidates who have appeared for PDP5.1 selection program are not eligible for PDP5.2
- Experienced candidates are not eligible OR Candidates working in other organization will not be considered for the selection process.
- Please send resume ONLY if they match the above criteria’s.
While sending the resume please follow the following important steps.
- Send ONLY 1 CV in a mail with the referral sheet. If you have more than 1 referral then send separate mails for individual referrals. (Follow Step 1 to Step 4 for all separate referrals)
- DO NOT forward this mail to candidates as the candidates directly apply and then we cannot consider the resume as referral.
- The date for submission of referrals CV is 15th November 2010 from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm only. CV’s mailed before or after the said date and time will not be accepted.
- The first 1000 CV’s which match the given criteria will be considered for further processing.
Please follow Step 1 to Step 4 for all separate referrals.

Step 2 The email subject line should specify the name, education and the year of passing respectively.
E.g.-PDP 5.2_

Step 3 The attached CV should be named in the following format.
Please note the CV HAS to be in MS office document format (.Doc). CV’s submitted in any other format than .Doc format will not be accepted.
Step 4 Attach separate referral sheet with every mail.
REFERRAL RESUME WILL NOT BE PROCESSED:
1. If the given instructions are not followed.
2. If the resume is not relevant as per the above mentioned criteria
3. DO NOT expand the Referral distribution list. DO NOT CC/BCC the CV submission mail to anyone. (Like anyone in HR/Reporting Manager/Development Lead/Candidate)
The HR Team will not be in a position to respond each and every email as a huge response is anticipated.
Interview Process will be as below:
1. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Aptitude Test on 4th December 2010; the results will be shared on the same day with Candidates.
2. The candidates, who will be cleared the Aptitude Test, will undergo a Personal Interview on 5th December 2010.
3. Final candidates will be called for completing the Bond Formalities on 14/15th December 2010.
