openings in the organization can be viewed. Every candidate referred, should have in spirit, word
and action, the integrity we emphasize as an organization. Compromising on the authenticity of

How to Refer

55 Seconds to Refer
You can use this method only if there are active requirements (Job Codes) published to Employee Referrals.

How to do it?
Step 1: Please login to MyWipro and the click on WipLinks under My Forums. Step 2: Please choose the option - 55 Seconds to Refer a Friend.
Step 3: In the page that opens up all you need to give is to your friends email ID, read the condition, accept it by clicking on the check box and then click on the ‘submit’ button.
(If the condition is not applicable or you cannot accept then please do not refer. Contact the recruiter of the division you are trying to refer to.)
Step 4: Your referral will receive an email with details on applying for the relevant jobs. Please
inform your referral to act on the instructions given. Note that the referral number quoted is only for one-time use by the candidate while entering details. (The resume form in this process will not accept data without the referral number being entered.)

Refer with a Job Code
This method can also be used only if there are active requirements (Job Codes) published to Employee Referrals. It requires you to have a detailed copy of your referral’s resume.

How to do it?
Step 1: Please login to MyWipro and click on WipLinks under My forums
Step 2: If you do not know the Job Code, please use the advanced search section to look for a suitable Job Code
Step 3: When you find one that is relevant to your referral then please use the option-‘Refer with Job Code’. Enter the Job Code and press the arrow next to the entry field.
Step 4: Verify that the Job Code and Job Title that appear in the Resume Builder that appears is relevant to your referral. Please fill all details in the resume form and click on the submit button. If you get the message - ‘Resume already exists’, please do not try and enter details again. Please contact the recruiter of your division
Step 5: Please check your referral report page in WipLinks after this to verify that the referral
appears there. If it does not appear there please verify that you have entered all details accurately
and then contact the recruiter of your division. Please note that candidates have to confirm the
employee as source of referral. The candidate also has the choice to apply directly to Wipro.
