· Special Employee Referral Bonus Scheme is applicable to selections in events held between April – June 2010.
· All employees of HCLT up to E3 band will be eligible for the Special Employee Referral Bonus except for employees in ODE / HR function.
· You will earn INR 24K for every successful closure in E1.2 band, INR 47K for E2 & INR 60K for E3 and above bands.
