Bangalore o Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/Software related queries of our global clients either through Phone or Email/Chat.
o Documentation of the case, reporting and trend analysis
o Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
o Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
o Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
o Develops expertise and practical knowledge of application within business environment.
o Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
o Product-oriented certificates(e.g. MCSE) and Broad technology Knowledge(Operating systems, Hardware) Proficiency in Office Technology
o Willingness to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability etc...)
o Clear communication skills and Ability to work independently
o Confident telephone manner and Fluency in English and local language
o must possess excellent written & spoken communication skills
o Any graduates of 2007 to 2009 passout freshers are eligible.
o Candidate can have max of 2 yrs work experience.




Note:
1. Ensure the referred profile is uploaded against the Req. No. on Job Searcher before the interview.
2. Candidates coming in for the interviews should carry a hard copy of the CV mentioning the name of the HP employee referring him/her as well as his/her employee number
3. This Referral is a non-monetary program
