Technical Specialist - Oracle , Unix (24X7 Support) Req. No. – 386194 Job Location - Hyderabad Job Description: • Tier 2 Application Support • Support of applications used by internal operations teams Job Responsibilities : • Prepare and implement change management requests for production deployment. • Monitor for receipt of client files and take action for non-receipt. • Understand application issues reported by customers and work with the development / production teams to get the resolution as quickly as possible. • Keeps a track of all the issues reported by customers • Will communicate with the end users, development teams both onshore and offshore • Ensure closure of all open issues within defined service timeframes. • Actively participate in incident war rooms providing technical advice and taking actions to find resolution of the issue. • Excellent - in order to maintain working relationships with key stakeholders Mandatory Skill Set : • Oracle • UNIX shell scripting • Strong customer service skills • End user and Production Support Experience • MS Access • Team leading Experience Preferred Experience : • Web sphere • Tivoli WS job scheduler • MS Office • Citrix • Knowledge of multiple database systems and other software • HP Open view • Site scope • TOAD Qualification : • BE/B.Tech/MCA or Equivalent • Years of Exp. - 6.5 years - 8.5 years ''***********************************************************************************Technical Specialist - Oracle , Unix (24X7 Support) Req.
