Lead Java Developer
Experience and Responsibilities
· 6-8 years’ experience in open source technologies
· Provide consultancy to others on J2EE open source products (Best practices, Trouble shooting, Problem solving)
· Optimize various J2EE open source products (Application Servers, Web Servers, Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Struts etc.) for various parameters like performance, security, integration.
· Write POCs for various J2EE open source products.
· Develop in depth knowledge on various existing and upcoming J2EE open source products and frameworks.
· Contribute to J2EE Open Source Projects
· Performance testing, Unit testing, Security testing
Technical Competencies:
· Java, J2EE, Application Server Configuration and tuning, WebService, SOA, ESB, Tomcat, JBOSS, Glassfish, Resin, JBOSS Enterprise Portal , Liferay, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Alfresco, BI (Pentaho, BIRT)
· Experience in database platform development
· Knowledge of identity and content management is added advantage
· Certifications like SCJP/SCWCD/SCBCD are desired
· Certifications in JBoss/Websphere/Weblogic application server technologies are desired
Drupal Lead
Experience & Responsibilities:
6-8 years’ experience in PHP
4-5 years’ experience in Drupal development
Mentoring Drupal development team technically
Contribute to the Drupal open source project
Performance tuning of LAMP stack and Drupal
Architecture consultancy for projects using Drupal
Competence
Thorough knowledge of PHP. Zend PHP 5.3 certified
Experience in architecting Drupal applications
Experience in architecting Drupal sites
Prior experience in contributing to Drupal project (core/contributed modules) an added advantage
Open source orientation
Performance tuning, refactoring, security issues of Drupal
Linux and web server technologies
Knowledge of MySQL database, query tuning, database design
Shell scripting / Python scripting an advantage
R&D skills
Senior Java Developer

Test Engineer
Test Engineer with experience of open source automated testing tools/frameworks for performance, security and system/integration testing.
3 to 5 years experience with software testing
1 -2 years experience with automation testing
Experience with performance/load testing software (E.g. Selenium/ Apache Jmeter / OpenSTA/ httperf)
Experience with Open Source Security testing tools is a plus
Good theoretical and practical background in performance testing
Understanding of Linux
Having good problem solving and analytical skills is a must
Basic understanding of architectures of web-applications, its components and how they interact between each other
Candidate should have a wish to grow and develop in the sphere of performance testing of web applications
Good communication skills
Candidate should be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Programming skills: knowledge of scripting language (Shell, Python) is desirable
