• This includes assigning & tracking projects using the jira project management tool, serving as an escalation point for critical / severe issues, following up on tickets in our Incident Management ticketing system, work with the development teams to plan and manage the transition of new applications into production
• The team members are heavily involved in hands-on troubleshooting, problem resolution and integration work
• Good knowledge of Linux and/or Windows
IIS administration
• Understanding of networking fundamentals
are essential
• Ability to write and maintain scripts in Perl or Python is a plus
• Banking environment, is strongly preferred.
Key functions include monitoring and the management of the hotline/ticket queues ensuring that issues and requests are efficiently routed to the appropriate groups for resolution
• Excellent communication skills, broad sense of ownership and proactivity are a must 2 to 3 Years Bangalore
Linux Admin • Candidate should have 2- 3 yrs of production support exp
• Candidate should have worked in Unix platform (Red hat, Cent OS)
• Should be willing to work in 24x7 environment
• Should have worked in Ticketing tool
• Should have knowledge in SLA and OLA
• ITIL certified will be an added advantage
• Unix certification will be an added advantage 2 to 3 Years Bangalore
Windows Admin • The candidate should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Minimum 8 months experience in an L2
role (Windows)
• Should have strong knowledge of the Windows Server Administration basics – Domains, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc.
• Should be familiar with ticketing systems, L1-L3 work\escalation flows
• Should be familiar with Incident Management and should have performed this actively in the last 6 months
• An MCSA \ MCSE certification would
be preferred
• MCP on Windows 2000 or 2003 or 2008 Server mandatory. (An MCP on AD Design would be preferred)
• Should be familiar with performing root cause analysis, L2 troubleshooting
• Should be familiar with the following activities:
– Cluster patching, Antivirus upgrades, Firmware upgrades
– Building and deploying 2003 \ 2008 servers
– Application installs \ upgrades 2 to 3 Years Bangalore
Shift Manager • Good communication skills
• Flexible to work in 24X7 environment,
• Good people management skills
• Candidate should have previous IT infrastructure support experience
• Able to handle multiple teams 5 to 7 Years Bangalore
Project Manager • Candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in Project management. Should have handled 24x7 Infrastructure and application support teams
• Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in handling projects on Unix, EA, Windows, DCS.
• Experience in managing large teams who work across shifts and mentoring team members
• Expert in various project management related techniques such as Risk management, Scope Management, project scheduling, monitoring and controlling
• Experience in executing projects within the budgetary constraints in the offshore-onsite(nearshore) delivery model
• Experience in usage of Project Management Tools
• Experience of Support processes or ITIL certified
• Experience in client interaction and take apt decisions as per client’s requirements
• Exposure to Service Desk, Unix, Linux, Windows, Applications Support processes.
• Good written and oral communication skills and customer interaction and negotiation skills 7 to 10 Years Bangalore
Web Sphere / Apache Admin • Experience on Web sphere application Server
• Flexible to work in 24X7 environment,
• Good communication skills
• Should have worked in Ticketing tool 2 to 3 Years Bangalore
