Here’s what you have to do:
· Visit the referral desk at your location and submit the hard copy of the referral profiles to the TAG PoC.
· Share your Employee Id.
· Get on-the-spot feedback for your referral profile.
· Upload the profiles using the codes @ https://cworld.cognizant.com/MyCognizant/Pages/MyReferral.aspx.
· Please note all the positions are based out of KOLKATA.
