Mainframe Testing - Hyderabad
Location : Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Mainframe Testing for assigned projects.
• Develop and execute test strategy (test plans) and cases to validate business requirements.
• Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan.
• Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work.
• Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings with onshore/offshore counterparts.
• Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes.
• Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.
• Review work and deliverables with reporting supervisor.
• Build a relationship with project stakeholders/business partners
Eligibility Criteria's:
• Years of Experience: 1.5 – 2.9 Years.
• Proficient in different kind of Mainframe Testing (System, Integration, Regression).
• Good Working Knowledge of Mainframes (JCL, File AID, DB2).
• Good knowledge of SQL query creation, execution and result verification.
• Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test cases.
• Good knowledge of testing tools like Quality Centre/ Test Director is preferable.
• Should be able to work independently and act proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
