Inviting Referrals for Graduate Recruits 2010.

Dear Colleagues

At Invesco, people are the foundation of our success and it is our mission to hire, develop and retain the best talent out there. Currently, we are hiring college graduates and this is an invitation for referrals. Invesco is hiring 25 fresh engineering / MCA graduates for the Hyderabad centre. We have commissioned iNetFrame Solutions Private Limited to help us manage the recruitment and training of these freshers.

Referrals meeting the eligibility criteria below may be sent to opportunity@invesco.com by 8th October 2010. Please note the resume should be sent along with the attached completed referral form .

Eligibility criteria:

Pass out: 2010 only

Cut off: 65% aggregate in their course (Engineering or MCA)

No history of backlogs / arrears in any subject throughout the course

Willingness to work in shifts if assigned in Infrastructure roles (any 9 hours)



Engineering Graduates in the following streams:

1. Computer Science Engineering

2. Information Technology Engineering

3. Electronics and Telecom Engineering

4. Mechanical Engineering

5. Electrical and Electronics Engineering.



Additional screening criteria will be as below:

1. Knowledge of IT

2. Good communication skills

3. Comprehension skills

4. Good Analytical and number crunching skills

5. Eye for detail

6. Problem solving skills



The selection process (conducted by iNetFrame) for short listing will comprise of a written test (verbal, qantitative and IT awareness), group discussion and a personal interview. The Invesco team will then interview the shortlisted students for selection. After recruitment, the freshers will be in training which includes technology, functional and soft skills.

You can email your student referrals to opportunity@invesco.com. Do not forget to complete the candidate information in the attached excel sheet and also attach the resume of the candidate. The cut off date for receipt of these referral emails is 8th October 2010. Candidates will receive a response from iNetFrame.
