· Technical Lead: Should be able to design, develop, debug programs
independently and mentor others.
· Hibernate: Strong at Hibernate Architecture and Structure, Useful classes, J2EE
application server integration &Configuration methods, Knows In detail the
hibernate config file, sessionmanagement, loading and storing data, performing
operations on the objects, HQL, native SQL, mapping associations, persistence,
inheritance mapping, transaction and concurrency, batch processing,
Interceptors and events. Able to use hibernate tools to forward engineer or
reverse engineer - the database or data objects as the case may be and not use
the manual mapping approach for config files.
· Technical Lead: Should be able to design, develop, debug programs
independently and mentor others. Strong understanding of Spring components,
architectural layers of spring application and its advantages and knowledge in
Integrating with other frameworks, Implementing EJBs, JMX support, sending

How to do it?
Step 1: Please login to myWipro and click on WipLinks under My forums.
Step 2: Under ‘Refer Now’ (On the left hand panel), click on ‘Refer with Job Code’.
Step 3: Enter the job code and the country you wish to refer your friend to. Click on ‘Post Resume’.
Step 4: Verify that the Job Code and Job Title that appear in the Resume Builder that appears is relevant
to your referral. Please fill all details in the resume form and click on the submit button. If you get the
message – ‘Resume already exists’, please do not try and enter details again. Please contact the
recruiter of your division.
Step 5: Please check your referral report page in WipLinks after this to verify that the referral appears
there. If it does not appear there, please verify that you have entered all details accurately and then
contact the recruiter of your division. Please note that candidates have to confirm the employee as
source of referral. The candidate also has the choice to apply directly to Wipro.
