Should have strong COBOL 400/ILE coding and debugging skills. 2.Performing analysis, design and development of complex COBOL programs 3.Ability to read and understand existing programs to validate against provided business requirements and modify or enhance them as required. 4.Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly 5.Good Communication skills.
