Software Engineer- SSIS/SSRS Pipeline Req. No. – 382394 Job Location - Hyderabad Job Responsibilities : • 2-3 years of relevent experience in the area of MSBI tools including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS • Proven experience with the latest version of SQL Server Database, SQL Server Integration Services 2008 R2 and SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 R2 • Experience of writing SSIS data pull packages from heterogenous sources • Knowledge of execution, deployment and Sheduling of SSIS packages and SSRS reports in both 32 and 64 bit environments • Experience working in features like Sub Reports, Map and Look up Features of R2 version • Advanced level knowledge of SSIS and debugging techniques • Knowledge of Scheduling SSIS Package using Windows Scheduler & TWS • Proven Experience of hadling change requests both from upstream and downstream dependent applications • Experience of designing large and complex data warehouses and Performance Tuning • Knowledge of best practices implementation in Microsoft Technologies • Completes coding on new, complex and involved systems; conducts code reviews. • Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems. • Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate business requirements. • Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings. • Participate in application process and performance improvement initiatives. • Adherence to the defined OM delivery process/guidelines (SLA Compliance etc). • Individual contributor as well team handling responsibilities. • Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. • Create and maintain project related documentation. • Go-getter attitude and exhibit flexible approach at all times. • Work collaboratively to foster team work. • Assist others on issues, critical situations to meet project objectives • Take initiatives to enhance domain/technical knowledge of the project. • Perform effort and resource estimations, scope analysis, risk assessment • Implement strong quality processes in offshore deliveries. The desired Skill set will be following: • Experience level range from 2.0-3.0 yrs • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. • B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills. • Strong analytical skills. • Good team player. • Self Starter and Independent
