Job Responsibilities:
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
• Perform complex conceptual analyses and develop innovative solutions
• Analyze and interpret complex business requirements/ workflows and determine system needs Document detailed system specifications for large/ complex system maintenance and development requests
• Provide explanations and information to others on complex issues
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
• Analyze alternatives and recommendations
• Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
The desired Skill set will be following:
• Should have executed the complete SDLC on at least one project using Java, J2EE.
• Should have experience of Webservices, Application Server (WAS/Weblogic), Spring, Struts and Portals.
• Provide functional advice or training to less trained and/or junior staff.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 4.3 years of working experience in Java-J2EE technologies
I am a 2009 passed out B.E gradute. Now I have completed my JAVA course. Is there any openings for 2009 passed out Java freshers. Whatever the company it is even if it is a start up compnay also please guide me.
