Service Management Tools (SMT) team is responsible for design, build and support of IT Service Management tools in support of core user processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Request management.

Requirements:

The candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the Performance and Automated testing. He/she would be engaged primarily in the Performance testing activities. Would also require doing manual application and database testing on a need basis. Hands on experience with Load Runner, VuGen and Performance Center are a must. This position entails working on the below areas:
• Creating use-cases depending on the requirements. Reviewing use-cases and application technology to assess the feasibility of using defined tools to simulate multi-user loads.
• Creating VuGen scripts and execution of VuGen scripts in the Load Runner and Performance Center.
• Compiling and analyzing results
• Reporting performance issues
• Collaborating with technical teams in the analysis and troubleshooting of performance issues
