EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Cognos BI Architect (Job Code: 11001GL)

• Overall experience of 7-12 years in Data warehouse environment with the last 2-4 years as Cognos BI architect.
• Expert in architecting/designing MOLAP Cube & BI Reporting solution using Cognos BI platform, it is a plus to have expertise in other BI tools such as Business Objects XI/Xcelsius, Microstrategy, Oracle BI, Hyperion, Microsoft BI (SSRS/SSAS/PPS), etc.
• Expert in DW/OLAP/Reporting performance management dashboard/scorecards and capacity planning.
• Expert in DW methodologies and concepts
• Expert in Business requirements gathering and functional specifications design
• Must have experience in designing aggregate tables to optimize report performance
• Should have good understanding of ETL concepts and tools (Informatica, DataStage, Ab Initio, BODI, etc.)
• Proficient in using Oracle/DB2/Teradata Databases

OBIEE Architect (Job Code: 11001ZV)

• Overall experience of 7-12 years in Data warehouse environment with the last 2-4 years as OBIEE architect.
• Expert in architecting/designing MOLAP Cube & BI Reporting solution using OBIEE platform, it is a plus to have expertise in other BI tools such as Business Objects XI/Xcelsius, Microstrategy, Cognos BI, Hyperion, Microsoft BI (SSRS/SSAS/PPS), etc.
• Expert in DW/OLAP/Reporting performance management dashboard/scorecards and capacity planning.
• Expert in DW methodologies and concepts
• Expert in Business requirements gathering and functional specifications design

• Expert in architecting/designing MOLAP Cube & BI Reporting solution using Hyperion HFM, Planning, FDM, Essbase, Web Analytics platforms, it is a plus to have expertise in other BI tools such as Business Objects XI/Xcelsius, Microstrategy, Cognos BI, OBIEE, Microsoft BI (SSRS/SSAS/PPS), etc.
• Expert in DW/OLAP/Reporting performance management dashboard/scorecards and capacity planning.
• Expert in DW methodologies and concepts
• Expert in Business requirements gathering and functional specifications design

MicroStrategy BI Architect (Job Code: 11001ZW)

• Overall experience of 7-12 years in Data warehouse environment with the last 2-4 years as MicroStrategy BI architect.
• Expert in architecting/designing MOLAP Cube & BI Reporting solution using MicroStrategy BI platform, it is a plus to have expertise in other BI tools such as Business Objects XI/Xcelsius, Cognos BI, Oracle BI, Hyperion, Microsoft BI (SSRS/SSAS/PPS), etc.
• Expert in DW/OLAP/Reporting performance management dashboard/scorecards and capacity planning.
• Expert in DW methodologies and concepts
• Expert in Business requirements gathering and functional specifications design
• Must have experience in designing aggregate tables to optimize report performance

SAS Solution Architect (Job Code: 11001ZH)
• Overall experience of 8-16 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data warehouse environments with the last 3-5 years as BI/Analytics solution architect.
• Expert in architecting/designing SAS BI Reporting/Analytics solution
• Expert in SAS Business and Data Analytics.
• Expert in SAS based IT frameworks for building effective data and business analytics solutions
• Good business/data model experience in one more domains such Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life sciences, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, Retail, Telecom, HR, Logistics, Transportation, etc.
• Good hands on experience in Base SAS, SAS/Stat, SAS/Graph, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS BI/ETL Studio
• Prior experience in building BI & DW CoE is plus (creating Estimation frameworks, White / Technical papers, Case study preparation, conduct training, etc.)
• Having worked as a SAS Architect in a full life cycle of at least one project relevant to Data or Business Analytics implementation.
• Expert in DW methodologies and concepts
• Expert in Business requirements gathering and functional specifications design
• Proficient in any Data modeling tool like Erwin, ER Studio, Oracle Designer.
• Proficient in using Oracle/DB2/Teradata Databases
