BE/BTech/BIT/BSc/MCA (Comp. Sc./ IT/ Electronics/ Telecommunications) – Regular (from Top 10
State engineering colleges)
Post Graduation in similar specialization is preferred, not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :
Successfulcandidates will be experienced in modern test methodologies and processesexecuted throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven trackrecord as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment. Ademonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using riskanalysis and defect containment practices, test automation, and continuousimprovement initiatives are keys to this position.
Experience :
At least 3-5 years experience in software quality assurance
Joining period of a candidate should not be more than 30 days.
Previous professional experience MUST be from any one of:
Ø Indian start-ups
Ø Product Co.
Ø Tier 1 Service Organization
Ø Outsourced Product Development
Hands-on experience on Selenium/ QTP or any similar automation tool
Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
Experience testing using various Windows environments
Experience of working on scripting tools
Preferred :
Ability to use scripting tools like Perl, Shell, ANT, SILK.
Ability to setup and maintain an app server (JBoss) and web server (Apache, IIS, or other)
Strong XML skills
Knowledge of database administration for SQL Sever 2000/2005/2008 and TSQL procedures
Familiarity with source control systems (Accurev, VSS)
Ability to create and execute automated tests is desirable. Silk development is a plus
