Employee Referral Events will be held between April – June 2010. The Special Employee Referral Bonus Scheme will be applicable to selections in such events.
All employees of HCLT up to E3 band will be eligible for the Special Employee Referral Bonus except for employees in ODE/ HR function.
In addition to the existing referral amount (INR 9K for E1.2; INR 22K for E2; INR 35K for E3 and above per closure), you will also get INR 15K for every successful closure in E1.2 band and INR 25K for E2, E3 and above bands.
The payment will be made after 3 months of the candidate’s joining and provided that the employee and the candidate are still on the rolls of the organization. The payment will be made along with the salary and will be added to the taxable income.
