JD - Distribution Center- Supervisor

The company is an MNC based in U.S and recently started their operations in Pan India. Their Scope of work is E-Commerce/Transportation/Warehousing &Vendor Management. Brief Details: 1-Customer Orders shipments from the portal 2-Their details come to company and from warehouse the shipment comes to Distribution centre and then the D.C Supervisor assigns the shipment details to D.As who then go to deliver shipment over bike D.C Supervisor’s salary is around 21-25k monthly ctc-Eligibility is Graduates a) Monitoring attendance, Time Tracking. Ensuring associates conform to break schedules. b) Monitor leaves and update the Amazon Center Management about %age absenteeism. c) Plan leaves for contract employees and update AMZ about the same d) Track, measure and monitor productivity e) Coach, educate and check for basic hygiene of the delivery associates (uniform, grooming, and greeting etiquettes etc.) f) Hand-holding, process training and induction of delivery associates g) Make performance improvement plans and work with associates to improve their performance h) Manage payroll and other compensation and benefit related queries i) Guide, measure and educate associates on safety and audit safety. j) Manage the exit process k) Manage the re-imbursement process and track overtime. l) Plan and assign routes to delivery associates m) Maintaining the validity of driver licenses, vehicle insurance and other statutory requirements Regards, Sandeep direct interviews wit client at my office on 23-1-13 (wensday) resume to:- sandeepganti@gmail.com
