Skills required for TA / TTL / PM / SPM – Automation /Performance /DW Testing

Define test scope, estimates and timelines and overall test strategy
Project planning, tracking and status reporting
Motivate and mentor team members
Participate in proposal design and client presentations
Participate in activities like test process / methodology definitions / enhancements, building a Body of Knowledge etc
Experience in Testing Tool – QTP, Clearquest, Borland Silktest, Open STA, Load Runner
